I think this affair somehow split the Mataris into those who actively and aggresively opose/attack slavery (today many of them Ushra'Khan) and those who seek more diplomatical and economical means to free the matari slaves.(A part of them is now in Eclectus Matari.)
(I'm not sure but I think before the forming phase of PRM, PFoM (which joined PRM) left CA and a bit later Oracle.)
The meeting of me and Randuin MaraL before and while the PRM time might have spawned what was those three RP sumnits.
(I carried the Beyond (Pilot Business) Idea/Project with me around since Jumpgate trying to bring more hard coded things forcing the people to partially do roleplaying without knowing that - aka more interaction with the universe enforced or provided.)
That is correct, almost.....
I was CEO of Oracle, in the absense of Sarkos. The majority of Oracles members wanted to go back to empire to fight PIE and their friends.
At that Time PFOM, had left CA, to pursue their ideals back in empire.
And they contacted me, when they wanted to form their Minmatar alliance, to see if Oracle wanted to form up behind them.
I as CEO didnt want to leave CA, as i had labored far to long, and had so many friends within the alliance, to just leave it.
I said to Tyto, if i recall correctly, that i couldnt make that decission(and if it was up to me,Oracle wouldnt leave CA), they then asked to speak to my XO's....Me knowing well the frustration, some of my members had over not being able to rp, and fight in empire, called an Oracle meeting.
I presented PFOM ideas for them, and asked them to debate it, but i also made it clear, that i would not stand in their way, if they choosed to go back to empire.
I would step down as CEO, and matari warrior, and join another corp, near the core of CA.
Oracle's XO.s choosed to go back, and i stepped down, and joined Vengeance of the fallen.
There was no hatred between me and Oracle, but i was kind of sad, since it was my first corp i ever joined in EVE, and we had made some great history in that corp.
I still remember me, flying in my rifter from Poinen in the forge to Molden heath where sarkos greeted me, and Einheriar Glad, and welcomed us into Oracle, our first alliance "the molden heath alliance", our fights with space invaders and M0o, and our epic struggles against PIE, and our united front with the Rogue Jovian generals against an assorted fleet down near stain, all oracle members in stabbers, against the first BS in game, we lost 15 of them that day, damn im getting misty eyed here, better clear it off
